Join the LCWINS Leadership Council
The LCWINS Leadership Council is at the center of our work. These women and men have reached the highest levels of public service and private sector leadership. Their experience uniquely positions them to champion our mission and enable the political appointments of more exceptional women.
Membership in the LCWINS Leadership Council is by invitation. To join this mission-driven group, candidates must:
- Have served at or above the Deputy Assistant Secretary level or in equivalent roles;
- Demonstrate support for women’s professional growth;
- Secure the nomination of at least one member of the LCWINS Leadership Council or Board of Directors;
- Undergo review by the LCWINS Invitations Committee; and
- Receive a personal invitation from the LCWINS Board of Directors.
